Paper specifications, explained

What does gsm mean for paper?

Gsm means grams per square metre. It describes the basis weight of a sheet of paper. Compare the published ranges, then review the technical datasheet for the grade you are considering.

Which MMPP grades are available at lighter basis weights?

Interpac produces Interflute Light recycled fluting at 80–90 gsm, Interflute HP at 100–170 gsm, and Interliner Testliner at 90–170 gsm.

How do I choose between fluting and Testliner?

Fluting forms the corrugated medium in packaging board. Testliner is used for its outer and inner faces. Share the application, required grade, basis weight, quantity and delivery location with MMPP so the team can discuss your specification.
