About
Established in 1980 as the first liner and fluting factory in the Middle East, ELF was the pioneer in recycling OCC and making test liner and fluting papers.
Initially to support the group’s own demand, but rapidly expanded to supply the needs of the Egyptian markets and beyond. Its two paper machines, PM1 and PM2, developed with European equipment suppliers and technology, have a combined capacity of 100,000 tonnes per year.
At ELF, we specialize in the manufacturing of liner and fluting medium paper. We produce three grades of liners ranging from 100 gsm to 200 gsm, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements for various products.
Our liner offers unique performance and works effectively in different categories of boxes.
Additionally, we manufacture specialized fluting grades starting from 105 gsm to 200 gsm, specifically designed for fruit and vegetable boxes to ensure durability and functionality.
