The mill
Established in 1980 as the first liner and fluting factory in the Middle East, ELF pioneered the recycling of old corrugated containers (OCC) into test liner and fluting paper.
ELF initially supplied the group's own paper demand, then rapidly expanded to serve the Egyptian market and beyond. Developed with European equipment suppliers and technology, PM1 and PM2 have a combined capacity of 100,000 tonnes per year.
Our three liner grades range from 100 to 200 gsm and meet the relevant requirements for different products. Their performance supports a variety of box categories and packaging applications.
Our specialized fluting grades range from 105 to 200 gsm. Designed for fruit and vegetable boxes, these papers provide the durability and functionality those applications require.
